Since 2001, Abby Buenconsejo and her staff of physical therapists have devoted themselves to improving healthcare in Fort Wayne. They have committed their time and resources to helping people who have pain, stiffness, weakness and athletic and work injuries, along with more debilitating problems such as stroke and amputation. Today, they continue to work hard to quickly identify sources of pain, provide effective personalized treatment and restore movement and quality of life. They also work closely with each patient to help patients get better with the best results possible.

OTR is an experienced Occupational Therapist for 16 years and specializes in hand therapy, workers comp repetitive strain injuries, perform Functional Capacity Evaluation, Ergonomic Assessment and job task analysis. Certified with ASTYM (augmented soft tissue mobilization) and performs onsite rehabilitation at different manufacturing companies. Member of AOTA and American Society of hand therapist.

Heather is our newest full-time employee. She comes to us with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, and experience in outpatient setting. She has been trained in manual therapy and sports rehabilitation.

Sarah A.

Sarah is our part-time Physical Therapist Assistant. She is experienced in athletic injuries, as well as geriatrics and manual therapy.

Megan B.

Megan is our full-time Physical Therapist Assistant. She too is trained in manual therapy. Megan will also be responsible for our aquatic therapy program.

Minka

Is an experienced personal customer representative, switchboard operator, receptionist and an overall office professional.

Ruth A.

Ruth is a part-time Occupation Therapist Assistant. She, too, is well trained in upper extremity treatment as well as Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).

Giri A.

Giri is our part-time Physical Therapist. Giri is known for his specialization in the Mulligan Approach of therapy.

Monnett Petilos

Monnett is one of our part-time Physical Therapist. She is experienced in treatment of geriatric patients.

Sargam S.

RPT is an experienced Orthopedic Physical Therapist. She specializes in workers comp repetitive strain injuries, acute and chronic pain, and knee and back pain.

Nonito P.

RPT is an experienced Physical Therapist for eleven years. He specializes in balance disorders, acute and chronic pain, and sports therapy.

Tess H.

OTR is an experienced Occupational Therapist for ten year. She specializes in pediatrics, hand therapy and repetitive strain injuries. Also, performs Functional Capacity Evaluation as well as Ergonomic Assessment.

SLP is an experienced Speech Language Pathologist with over 25 years of experience. She specializes both in pediatrics and geriatrics.

PTA is an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant in treating acute and chronic pain and workers comp repetitive strain and injuries.

ATC/L is an experienced Athletic Trainer, works with any sports injuries, worker's compensation, as well as industrial rehabilitation.
